Thank you for your interest in our PRINT+WOOL fabrics and products.

The following terms and conditions apply to the placing of orders on our online shop or orders placed by telephone with Bailey Hills. By ordering from Bailey Hills you are accepting these terms and conditions.

1. Ordering

Products in stock. All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. If you require a larger quantity than the levels of stock shown as available for any particular item, then please contact us. We will endeavour to make up the extra products you require within a week or so, if we have the relevant raw materials in stock. Should any fabric or product be out of stock all together, then it will be displayed as OUT OF STOCK and details will be given as to when the item will be in stock again.

Product Information and After Care details -These are shown with each product in the online store so that you can be sure you are ordering the correct item for your needs and you understand how to care for the product afterwards. These details are also shown on our swing ticket label which you will receive with your order.

Order Samples -Great care has been taken to ensure that the products’ colours shown on the website are as true as possible to the actual ones. However we recommend sending for samples of the printed fabrics and the fabrics used for the cushion backs if required, before ordering.

Characteristics of wool cloth and hand screen-printing – Bailey Hills only uses the highest quality wool fabrics for our fabrics and products and we check everything very carefully before dispatch. However due to the very nature of wool fabrics, you may very occasionally see slight variations in weave structure and colour or slubs in the fabric which are normal. In addition where an item is hand screen-printed, slight variations may occur over the area of print but this adds to the character and individuality of printing by hand and is normal. If you intend to order a number of cushions using the same coloured base cloth or the same coloured print, then it is advisable to order these products at the same time to ensure colour matching.

Cushions and Pouches – These are handmade therefore there may be slight variations in size amongst cushions and pouches of the same size.

Cushion Pad options -Duck feather filled cushion pads are offered as standard but if you require a beautiful British Wool filled pad for a plumper firmer feel, at a small extra cost, then please contact us. Cushions offered as Sale items have standard cushion pads.


2. Payment

Orders can be processed through our website or by phone. We use Paypal Here which is a safe mobile payment solution allowing Bailey Hills to accept Paypal, debit and credit cards and to issue receipts by email to our customers. All card details are processed by PayPal therefore Bailey Hills does not hold any customer financial information and we do not share your details with anyone. If you prefer to pay by direct bank transfer or cheque please contact us for details.


3. Delivery

Postage and Packing is free in the UK excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. If in doubt about postage and packing costs for your UK delivery address, please contact us and we will work out whether we will have to make a small charge for delivery depending on your location and the size and weight of your order.

We aim to dispatch ‘in stock’ products within 3 working days. The parcel or parcels will be delivered by courier normally within 5 working days from dispatch. Parcels are tracked and have to be signed for. If you require an express delivery service please contact us for a quote.

For overseas orders we would be happy to ship cushion covers only without the pads. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.


4. Returns & Refunds

Returns -All our products are created from high quality materials and made up with great care. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then you can return ‘stock’ items to us at your expense within 14 days subject to the article being in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. The overall condition of the returned item will be taken into consideration when making refunds. Please note that cut lengths of fabric or items made especially for you may not be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit.

Damaged in transit -In the unfortunate event that any item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us immediately by email and return the item within 7 days for a full refund including reimbursement of return postage costs. You must make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.

For all Returns - Please retain your proof of posting and use a signed for service to include sufficient insurance to cover the value of the product(s) you are returning as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. Please email us if you are returning items so we know to expect them.


5. Trade Enquiries

Trade Price List -If you are interested in our products and you are a professional interior designer, curtain maker or furniture designer or upholsterer, please email us to register for a trade account. You will then receive a trade price list for our stock fabrics and cushions. All prices are free of VAT as we are currently not VAT registered.

Bespoke Designs/Colours – In addition to the stocked fabrics and products, you can order different sizes of cushions or ones with different cushion backs to suit your interior scheme. Some digital prints from the collections can be rescaled or re-coloured to suit your specific requirements.

Bespoke print designs and colours can also be developed for customers’ special projects. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Cushion Pad options - Duck feather filled cushion pads are offered as standard but if you require beautiful British Wool filled pads for a firmer feel or Fire Resistant pads for Hotel and Commercial use then please contact us.

British Standard Tests- Bailey Hills’ fabrics undergo independent tests for fire retardancy and abrasion rubs. We can email you copies of these certificates if required.


6. Stockists

If you love our PRINT+WOOL products and are interested in stocking some of them, please contact us with all your details including your website address and we can then discuss your requirements.


7. Please note

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of our fabric to customers who intend making products to re-sell.

We reserve the right to modify our Product prices and Postage and Packing prices at any time.
